This is a one-day seminar for trucking and transportation claims professionals and industry representatives to provide Continued Education credit, and training regarding common trucking claims. It is presented by a group of transportation attorneys from across the United States.

There is no charge for transportation professionals.  We also provide lunch and breaks at no charge, thanks to our generous sponsors.  With that in mind, please register as early as possible, and let us know if you have to cancel.

The more, the merrier!  If your company plans to send more than 10 people to a single location, though,  please contact us first.

We have requested 8 general credit hours in partnership with the CEU Institute, which is our standard offering.  We have also requested 8 CLE hours. (CA, FL, GA, NC, NH (multi-line), OK, TX and WY)

Bring your license number(s) to the event, sign in, and stay for the entire day.  We are unable to offer partial credit.

When you arrive, we will provide the paperwork, and submit them to the CEU Institute.  They will then send you an email certification.

We have found that room blocks are usually not beneficial for this event, as most of the attendees are local.  It is best to book a room as early as possible if needed.

No.  This program is not for lawyers in private practice, accident reconstructionist or investigators.  It is not designed to be a marketing tool for attendees.
